WE ARE A SMOKE FREE HOME *BUT* with that being said, keep in mind almost all of our items come from other homes and many times there is a smoker.
If the item is listed as NEW or NWT, we will store those separately and were more than likely bought new
We DO have any pets, but our items are housed in an area that pets don't enter.
Not every item comes from a smoking home, but  items are  stored together and can have a trace of smoke.
If there is any chance traces of smoke would bother you, then you might want to consider that when making a purchase, unless it's a new item.

We use Dryel to clean and we do wash, but if you are sensitive there may be smoke, please use your discretion.
A washable garment can become free from smoke

Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements with us have been made in advance. I am very easy to communicate and work with, just email me!
 
 
 
Shipping
 
We will ship quickly and frequently and domestic mail always has tracking included in your cost.
You will get an email with tracking information once payment is received and we are ready to bring your package to the post office.

Please note that we keep shipping to the actual shipping rates for all customers with a handling fee of .65 cents attached to the shipping price. This includes Dryel, packing materials and gas to deliver, we do not profit on shipping.  I will always do my best to keep shipping cost down and reasonable for you.
 
Terms of Sale

We do not accept returns unless and only if there is a serious flaw we missed. PLEASE contact me if there is a problem, we can work things out easily and quickly if you allow me the opportunity to do so before leaving feedback.
We leave feedback once you have received the item and are satisfied. We don't hold feedback ransom, we want to be fair and give the appropriate feedback for you.  We understand many people feel paying "right away" would warrant positive feedback, but we believe there is more to the transaction than just paying and we want to reflect that in our feedback to you.
 
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
We use International global shipping method which means we ship your International package to the shipping location in the state of Kentucky and ships it to you from there. During checkout, you are charged a shipping rate from to ship to your country, we cannot alter that price gives you~
When shipping to the Russian Federation, this is not done by that service and MUST go via priority flat rate mail which comes with tracking
